Tomás Stahringer is the winemaker behind Vinyes Ocults, a Mendoza-based garage winery that began in 2007 in Godoy Cruz and later expanded into Uco Valley sourcing, including Los Chacayes and Tunuyán. Vinyes Ocults Tomás Stahringer is the enólogo/winemaker associated with the project and its wines, with the brand emphasizing Mendoza’s sandy soils, Andean glacier-fed water, and manual harvesting.
