Tony Abou-Ganim

Tony Abou-Ganim is a U.S. bartender, beverage consultant, author, and cocktail educator known as “The Modern Mixologist. He began bartending in 1980 after learning the trade in his family’s bar business in Port Huron, Michigan, later worked in San Francisco and New York, and in 1998 helped launch the beverage program at Bellagio Las Vegas. He has also written books on cocktails and has appeared widely on television, including Iron Chef America.
