Toshima Kadowaki

Toshima Kadowaki is the chef associated with Azabu Kadowaki, the Tokyo kaiseki restaurant in Minato-ku, Azabu-Juban. The restaurant’s official site lists its address at 2-7-2 Azabujuban, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and Michelin identifies Azabu Kadowaki as a restaurant in Tokyo at the same location. A separate hospitality article describes him as Toshiya Kadowaki, born in Hokkaido in 1960, who opened Azabu Kadowaki after working at Koshi, Tsukiji Uemura, Kamogawa, and Kaiyantei; however, the name spelling conflicts with the anchored identity and is therefore not merged.
