Trisha Leong

Trisha Leong, known as “Taco,” is a Singapore-based bartender and operations manager at Night Hawk, where she is associated with the bar’s cocktail program and public brand events. She began her career in Singapore F&B at cafes, worked as a waitress at 28 Hong Kong St. in 2014, took a study break in Perth in 2016, and returned in 2020 to start bartending with the Sago House group. She has been publicly credited as part of Night Hawk’s team, including recognition in the World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars, and Night Hawk’s subsequent top-20 Asia ranking in 2024.
