Valérie De Sutter

Valérie de Sutter is the founder of JNPR, a French line of non-alcoholic, non-sugar spirits launched in 2020 and based in Betteville, Normandy. She is an autodidact who developed the brand around juniper-forward, mixology-friendly drinks after identifying a gap in the French aperitif market. She worked with bartender Flavio Angiolillo during product development and that JNPR expanded into additional alcohol-free spirits such as a bitter-style product.
