Vicky Lau

Vicky Lau is a Hong Kong chef and culinary entrepreneur best known as the founder and chef-owner of TATE Dining Room, a fine-dining restaurant that has been awarded Michelin stars and is associated with her creative, seasonal tasting-menu approach. Official TATE materials identify her as the culinary entrepreneur and award-winning chef behind TATE Dining Room, Date by TATE, MORA, and Ān Soy, while recent reporting describes TATE Dining Room as her long-running flagship in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
