Victoria Pappas-Bludorn is a partner and HR and marketing director at Bludorn Hospitality Group. After studying business at the University of Georgia and culinary arts at the International Culinary Center, she worked in operations at Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group. She returned to Houston and opened Bludorn with Aaron Bludorn in 2020; the group also operates Navy Blue, Bar Bludorn and Perseid.
