Vijay Mudaliar

Vijay Mudaliar is a Singapore-based bartender, co-founder and founder figure behind Native, the Amoy Street bar launched in 2016 and known for its local-and-regional ingredient focus and foraging-driven cocktails. He previously worked at Operation Dagger before opening Native with partners, and later expanded the concept into a multi-floor venue with restaurant, cocktail bar, and fermentation programs. Native has received international recognition, including Best International Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards 2020.
