i. Biography
Viktor Örn Andrésson is an Icelandic chef associated with Blue Lagoon’s LAVA restaurant, where he was head chef and later executive chef. He was named Iceland’s Chef of the Year and Nordic Chef of the Year in 2014, and he won two gold medals at the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg in 2014. He also served on the Icelandic national culinary team from 2009 to 2015 and led Iceland to a bronze medal in the Bocuse d’Or 2017 final.
