Vincent D'Ambrosio

Vincent D'Ambrosio is the Culinary Director at Mattos Hospitality, where he oversees the kitchens at Estela and Altro Paradiso in New York City. He previously joined Mattos Hospitality in 2021 to lead the openings of Corner Bar and Swan Room at Nine Orchard, after training at the Culinary Institute of America and working in notable New York kitchens including Jean-Georges, Agern, and Manhatta.
