Vincent Thierry is the Executive Chef at Chef’s Table at lebua in Bangkok, where the restaurant is identified as a two-Michelin-starred French dining destination on the 61st floor of State Tower. Prior to Bangkok, he led Caprice at Four Seasons Hong Kong from 2005 to 2011, a period during which the restaurant achieved three Michelin stars, and he has also worked in acclaimed Michelin-starred French restaurants in France and Asia. Sources also describe him as a chef from the Loire Valley and note that he brought Chef’s Table to Michelin recognition after opening in 2019.
