i. Biography
Vinson Petrillo is Easton Porter Group’s creative culinary director and a chef associated with The Restaurant at Zero George in Charleston. A Johnson & Wales graduate, he previously cooked in New York, including at Prospect. He represented the United States at the 2015 S.Pellegrino Young Chef finals and is presenting Caviar & Terroir with Victoria Cosner at the 2026 Charleston festival.
