Will Beckett is a British restaurateur and the Co-Founder and CEO of the steakhouse group Hawksmoor, which he founded in London in 2006 alongside Huw Gott. Under his leadership, Hawksmoor expanded across the UK and internationally to New York, Chicago, and Dublin, earning recognition as a certified B Corporation. Beckett also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Rockfish Group and won Restaurateur of the Year – Group at the 2019 Catey Awards.
