Will Guidara is a New York-based restaurateur and hospitality executive best known for co-owning Eleven Madison Park, where he helped lead the restaurant to three Michelin stars and a No. 1 ranking on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017. He later split from Daniel Humm in 2019, ending his ownership stake in Eleven Madison Park and the Make It Nice hospitality group. Guidara is also the author of the New York Times bestselling book Unreasonable Hospitality and the host of The Welcome Conference.
