Woolery “Woody” Back is the longtime Executive Chef and Partner at Table & Main in Roswell, Georgia, where he has been associated with the restaurant since 2013 and has led its Southern, seasonal cooking program. He helped position Table & Main as a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant and is also identified with Coalition Food & Beverage in Alpharetta, where he has been listed as Executive Chef and Partner. His culinary approach is “simple, seasonal, and Southern,” with an emphasis on local farmers and artisans.
