Xanty Elías

Xanty Elías is a Huelva-based chef and the founder of Grupo Xanty Elías, with Finca Alfoliz as his second restaurant project in Aljaraque, near Huelva. Finca Alfoliz is a sustainable, nature-focused restaurant set on a former family property surrounded by pine trees, about 10 minutes from Huelva. He previously led Acánthum before opening Finca Alfoliz, which he positioned as his most personal project after the closure of the earlier restaurant.
