Xu Jingye

Xu Jingye is a chef from Foshan, Guangdong, known for reviving Cantonese banquet cuisine through 102 House. He began 102 House in Foshan in 2006 with Yao Min and later relocated the restaurant to the House of Roosevelt on the Bund in Shanghai, where the restaurant earned two Michelin stars in the 2023 Shanghai Michelin Guide and recognition in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Sources also describe him as the executive chef at 102 House and a protégé of Cantonese master Chen Daben.
