i. Biography
Yoanna Tang is a Charleston restaurateur and operator of Chubby Fish with James London. They worked together in New York and San Francisco before opening Chubby Fish in 2018. She also works with the neighboring Seahorse cocktail lounge and is hosting the Chubby Fish Cocktail Party during the 2026 Food & Wine Classic in Charleston.
