Yola Jimenez

Yola Jimenez is a Mexico City native and co-founder of Yola Mezcal, a handcrafted organic mezcal brand rooted in Oaxaca. Her family’s mezcal farm in Oaxaca was inherited by Jimenez in 2007, after which she helped open one of Mexico City’s first mezcalerías and later launched Yola Mezcal with partners Gina Correll Aglietti and Lykke Li. The brand is produced at the namesake farm in Oaxaca and emphasizes traditional mezcal methods and women’s economic independence.
