Yuki Ota is the seventh-generation master brewer at Ota Sake Brewery, maker of Hanzo, located in Iga. She stepped into the role of master brewer. Prior to leading production at Ota Sake Brewery, she trained as a brewing apprentice at Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in Suzuka.
