Zachary Clark is an American wine professional who serves as the Assistant Winemaker at Adelsheim Vineyard in Newberg, Oregon. Based in the Chehalem Mountains AVA of the Willamette Valley, he works with cellar operations supporting the production of estate cool-climate wines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Auxerrois.
