i. Biography
Zakary Pelaccio is an American chef and restaurateur associated with Southeast Asian-influenced cooking, including Fatty Crab, Fatty 'Cue, and Fish & Game in Hudson, New York, where he won a James Beard Award for Best Chef. In 2022 he relocated to Taos, New Mexico, to open Corner Office, a restaurant and natural-wine bar, and in 2025 he opened Leo’s in Santa Fe, a Thai- and Malay-inspired restaurant. Corner Office and Leo’s both credit him as a co-owner/partner, and Leo’s lists him as a collaborator alongside Jonathan Boyd, with Stella Achenbach as executive chef.
