Brasserie Boulud Lincoln Center

Brasserie Boulud is planned for the combined footprints of Bar Boulud, Boulud Sud and Épicerie Boulud at 1900 Broadway. Rockwell Group’s announced design includes a main dining room, central bar and private rooms. The project changes how Daniel Boulud will use this Lincoln Center block.

Announced direction

Preopening reporting described a French brasserie menu with charcuterie, seafood, steaks, onion soup, escargots and steak frites. Those are proposed dishes; the restaurant has not published a live menu on its own website.

Opening status

Although September 17, 2026 was announced as an opening target, the operator’s website still says “Coming Soon” on that date. Service, hours and reservations need direct confirmation before a visit.
