The Honor Burger works in the same language of handled food, with coleslaw giving the beef a different pressure than the usual lettuce-and-onion build. Sushi adds another station to the room rather than a detour from it. The Rainbow Roll, alongside other hand-rolled sushi, gives the menu a clean, cold line against fried chicken, fries, ribs, marrow, and sausage.
