This original gastrobar stands in a kiosk with a terrace on Paseo Constitución. The concise yet sharp menu is signed by Chef Ramsés González. The gildas are boldly reinvented, the croquettes have character, the prawns are top-quality and the steak tartare, served on toast, knows it's the star of the show.
