RPM Steak

RPM Steak’s cooking starts with the cut. The current restaurant menu names The Duke ribeye cap, dry-aged New York strip, filets and wagyu from multiple producers, allowing guests to compare texture and provenance rather than treating “steak” as a single order.

A menu built around beef, with room beyond it

Steak frites gives a direct expression of the kitchen’s approach. The cold bar, seafood towers, salads, house-made breads and side dishes widen the meal without displacing the central beef program. Parker House rolls and Gruyère popovers belong to the restaurant menu.

A distinct River North operation

At 66 W Kinzie Street, RPM Steak sits alongside RPM Italian and RPM Seafood in the restaurant group. Its founders include the Melman partners of Lettuce Entertain You and Giuliana and Bill Rancic. RPM Events publishes a separate catering menu with station service; its format does not describe dinner in this dining room.
