<p>Shokudo aca is the nine-seat Azabudai Hills sibling of Tetsuo Azuma's original Aca in Nihonbashi. Opened in May 2024, it is intentionally more casual than the original and serves classic Spanish cooking as a sequence of freshly prepared small plates across the counter.</p><p>Head chef Tatsuki Kozuka leads the kitchen. After training in France and at ZURRIOLA, he joined Azuma's aca team in February 2022 and was selected to carry the restaurant's Spanish philosophy into this distinct second venue.</p>
