i. Biography
Osaka-born Tatsuki Kozuka is the head chef of Shokudo aca at Azabudai Hills. A graduate of Tsuji Culinary Institute, he trained in France and at Tokyo's ZURRIOLA before joining Tetsuo Azuma's aca team in February 2022. Azuma selected him to lead Shokudo aca when the nine-seat Spanish counter opened in May 2024.
