The Olfattorio is the physical creative and processing laboratory for DiBALDO's aromatic spirits, hosted at Tenuta Saiano in Montebello di Poggio Torriana. Tenuta Saiano welcomes visitors by reservation and includes its collaborative liqueurs in estate tasting experiences.
