Aaron Selya is the Director of Operations at Philadelphia Distilling in Philadelphia, where he has also served as head distiller. He is a distiller with a biochemistry background, and he has been involved with the company’s production of Bluecoat American Dry Gin, Vieux Carre Absinthe, Penn 1681 Vodka, and other spirits. Public reporting places him at the center of Philadelphia Distilling’s production and brand development, including its newer products and visitor experience.
