i. Biography
Jacopo Poli is a fourth-generation distiller at Poli Distillerie. Born in Bassano del Grappa in 1963 and raised beside the family stills, he joined the distillery's modernisation in the 1980s and remains an active steward of its artisanal grappa and whisky production.
