i. Biography
Sárközi Ákos is a Hungarian Michelin-starred chef associated with Borkonyha Winekitchen and Textúra in Budapest. He joined Borkonyha in 2010 to lead the kitchen, and the restaurant earned a Michelin star, which it has retained. He later became a co-owner of Textúra, which opened in 2018 on Sas utca in Budapest and received Michelin recognition in its first year.
