Alberto Partida is a Jalisco-based master distiller and tequila maker associated with the Partida family’s long-running tequila business in El Arenal and Amatitán, Jalisco. He is the maestro tequilero/master distiller behind NOM 1477 brands including Cava de Oro and Amatiteña, and is credited with helping develop a premium tequila profile aged in ex-red-wine barrels.
