i. Biography
Aldo Zaninotto is the Wine Director-Owner of Osteria Langhe in Chicago’s Logan Square, where the wine list is focused exclusively on Piemonte and the restaurant is dedicated to the cuisine of Italy’s Piemonte region. He is a native of Belgium who came to the United States, worked in restaurants in New York and Chicago, and later represented Italian wine producers before opening Osteria Langhe in 2014. He also runs wine-focused dinners and events at the restaurant and is Owner & Wine Director.
