Alessandro Guardiani

Alessandro Guardiani is an Italian chef originally from Sanremo, Liguria, whose career was built through Alain Ducasse restaurants in Monaco, London, Paris, Kyoto, and AlUla. He became Executive Chef of MUNI ALAIN DUCASSE in Kyoto in 2022, and later moved to Les Roches Blanches in Cassis as Executive Chef overseeing the hotel’s culinary program. His cuisine is described as blending Mediterranean and Japanese influences.
