Alex Clevers is the chef-owner of Vivendum in Dilsen-Stokkem, where the restaurant is housed in an 18th-century presbytery/pastor’s house on Vissersstraat 2. Multiple current sources identify him at Vivendum and describe the restaurant as Michelin-starred; the business has been associated with him and his wife Marianne since they opened it in 2004.
