Alexis Jeannot is the eighth-generation vigneron leading Domaine de Riaux with his father Bertrand. Trained at the Lycée Viticole de Beaune and experienced in Chablis, he joined the domaine in 1995 and advanced estate bottling and precise temperature-controlled vinification.
