i. Biography
Ali Ghzawi is a Jordanian chef and the chef-owner of Alee in Amman, a restaurant and culinary center in Jabal Amman that presents a modern take on Jordanian and Levantine flavors. He won Top Chef Arabia in 2019, and later expanded Alee into a multi-concept hospitality project that includes dining and culinary education. In 2025, Alee was presented in association with Jiwan for an exclusive pop-up collaboration focused on contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine.
