Leadership at Champagne Bruno Paillard now rests with Alice Paillard in the combined roles of Chief Executive Officer, co-owner, director, and co-owner. Her own standard is direct: "I always ask about everything I do: is it meaningful? What is the bigger picture? What does this bring to our lives?" For an artisan trade, that is not decoration. The house style is carried through cuvées such as Bruno Paillard Rosé Première Cuvée, Bruno Paillard Nec Plus Ultra 2008, and 2015 Assemblage.
