i. Biography
Alice Power is a chef at the Michelin-starred Black Swan at Oldstead in Yorkshire, where she was appointed head chef in February 2024. She joined the restaurant in October 2021 as chef de partie after a series of stages with the team following her 2019 graduation from Leiths School of Food and Wine. Before entering hospitality, she studied History of Art at the University of Leeds and worked in the UK Civil Service, including the Cabinet Office and Treasury.
