Alisha Blackwell-Calvert is the beverage director at Madrina in Webster Groves, Missouri, and is an Advanced Sommelier. Before joining Madrina in October 2023, she worked at Cinder House at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis and earlier held sommelier roles at Reed’s American Table, Elaia, and Olio. She has also been recognized as a 2025 James Beard Awards semifinalist for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service, a 2021 Wine Enthusiast Sommelier of the Year Wine Star Award nominee, and a 2018 Wine Enthusiast 40 Under 40 Tastemaker.
