i. Biography
Justin Levaughn is an Orlando beverage professional and co-owner/co-founder of Otto's High Dive in the Milk District, where he oversees the cocktail program at the Cuban-inspired rum bar and restaurant. He began in hospitality as a busser and dishwasher, then worked through dive bars and clubs before building his current role at Otto's High Dive., he received the MICHELIN Guide Florida Exceptional Cocktails Award.
