Dicky Hartono is the Beverage Manager at Firefly Bar in Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, where he leads the bar’s cocktail program and beverage service across the hotel’s outlets. He is an Indonesian bartender whose career has spanned Dubai, Oman, the Philippines, Shanghai, Beijing, and Thailand, and who won the National Hospitality Institute Oman Mocktail Competition. 2.
