Amrit Rajaratnam is the founder of Ropewalk, Sri Lanka’s first arrack-specialty bar, located at the historic Galle Fort Hotel in Galle Fort, Sri Lanka. He is the creative force behind Ropewalk and the founder/managing director of Maitland & Knox Heritage Hotels, the company associated with Galle Fort Hotel and Ropewalk.
