i. Biography

Bryan Lee Weaver is a Texas-born chef based in Nashville who became executive chef and partner at Butcher & Bee Nashville in 2015 after coming to the city via California. He later opened Redheaded Stranger in East Nashville in 2019, a Southwestern/Tex-Mex concept inspired by his Texas upbringing, and is also a partner and culinary lead on Fancypants, a fine-dining project created with Jake Mogelson and Michael Shemtov.
