i. Biography
Amy Cordell is the Chief Operating Officer at Ever in Chicago, where she helped launch the restaurant in 2020 after leading front-of-house teams for Curtis Duffy at Grace to three Michelin stars. Before Ever, she worked at Avenues at The Peninsula Chicago and as a captain at Charlie Trotter’s, building a long partnership with Duffy that also carried into the filming of The Bear. In 2025, Michelin recognized her with the MICHELIN Guide Northeast Cities Service Award for her hospitality leadership at Ever.
