i. Biography
André Bélard is the founder and winemaker of Domaine Les Dryades in Rivaz, in Switzerland’s Lavaux wine region. The domaine was founded in 2023 and works vineyards in Saint-Saphorin and Dézaley with an agroecological and vitiforestry focus, producing white, red, rosé, and orange wines. He is an oenologist by training and as having worked for more than 15 years in Vaud and Valais before launching his own estate.
