Andrea Capasso

Andrea Capasso is the Executive Chef of Le Clarence in Paris, where he rose through the kitchen over the course of six to seven years. The restaurant’s official site says he is Italian by birth, Parisian at heart, trained from age fourteen, and a graduate of ALMA, the school founded by Gualtiero Marchesi. Le Clarence also states that under his direction it retained two Michelin stars in 2026, his first year at the helm of the kitchen.
