Andrea Coro

Andrea Coro is the Executive Chef of Rosewood London in Holborn, London, where he oversees the hotel’s culinary division and a brigade of 80 chefs. Rosewood London’s official bio says he joined the property in 2019 as Senior Sous Chef in Mirror Room and was promoted through Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef before becoming Executive Chef in September 2025. Before Rosewood London, he held progressive leadership roles at Hotel Café Royal in London and earlier worked at Le Baudelaire in Paris, Grand Hotel Quisisana in Capri, and Londra Palace Hotel in Venice.
