Andrea Scherz is the third-generation owner and general manager of Gstaad Palace in Gstaad, Switzerland, a role he has held since 2001 after joining the hotel in 1996 as Chef de Réception. The Scherz family has owned the property since 1947, and Scherz has also served as chairman of Leading Hotels of the World, reflecting his leadership beyond the hotel itself.
